Protecting the Health of Our Customers and Employees

We know that plumbing and HVAC problems don’t wait and don’t follow CDC guidelines. Because of this, we are doing our best to serve our customers in a safe and conscientious manner. We want to assure you that we take our responsibility to protect our staff and customers from illness very seriously. We believe that by taking the precautions below we can help prevent illness from spreading, while still providing assistance for those who need our services.
Specific measures Hanna Plumbing & Heating is taking to fight the spread of COVID-19:
1. We have spoken with our staff not to report to work if they are not feeling well and to follow good hygiene per the CDC.
2. We are asking customers if everyone in the house is healthy before entering.
3. We are practicing distancing by keeping 6 feet of space between our team members and customers.
4.. We are wearing PPE (i.e., masks, gloves, eyewear) if the homeowner has disclosed recent travel or any other activities that could lead to spread.
