Descriptions of services on this website are for general information. Our service team is paid by the hour; we explain our pricing structure before work begins, and estimates are free for work over $500.

Warranty

Everything we provide and install is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the respective manufacturer and pass through to you under the manufacturer’s terms.

Scheduling, appointments and site access

When you book service, you agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time (including securing pets and clearing the immediate workspace). If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please call (319) 377-2809 as early as you can — for 24/7 emergency calls, our dispatcher will confirm timing and any after-hours rates by phone before a technician is sent.

Permits and inspections required for licensed plumbing and mechanical work are obtained as required by the State of Iowa and the local jurisdiction; where a permit applies, its cost is part of the quoted job.
